The median sales price for these homes is $789,000, and the median days on market is just 10 days. So, what does this mean for buyers and sellers in Paso Robles? To put it simply with two words, The market here is both strong and flat. Homes that are priced right are still moving quickly, sometimes with multiple offers. On the other hand, prices aren’t climbing at the pace they once were, mainly due to a slight increase in inventory and ongoing affordability challenges for buyers.
Speaking of affordability, here’s some good news that's worth mentioning again: interest rates have been trending down, and earlier this month, we hit a 52-week low! This upward trend is largely due to increased inventory, making it crucial for sellers to price their homes correctly from the start.
