San Miguel Market Update February 2025

Hey San Miguel. It's February, which means it's time to take a look back at January 2025 and see what the first month of the year brought us in the world of real estate. Just a reminder, January is typically one of the slowest months of the year. People are still recovering from the holidays, both from all the food and all the money they just dropped on Christmas shopping.

 But still, we have a few notable updates. 821 Rio Mesa Circle in Jazzy Town hit the market in January. This three bedroom, two and a half bath home with just under 1500 square feet is currently listed at $610,000. We'll be keeping an eye on this one. You may remember we talked about 282 Saint Francis Way, a great home in Mission Heights, went under contract at the end of January, but quickly came back on the market with a new price of $619,900 and one closed sale to report 993 Makewe Avenue Mission Gardens. This three bedroom, two bath home was originally listed at $575,000 and went pending in just seven days. Well, it officially closed escrow above the list price at $590,000.
