ATTOM Data backs this up too. They studied over 59 million home sales over the past 13 years and found sellers who list in May often earn about 11.1% more than their home’s estimated value. That’s huge.

Bankrate agrees: spring is prime time for sellers. April and May have consistently delivered higher sale prices for years.
