📊 The median sales price for our county landed at $882,000, holding steady compared to this time last year.
🏡 A total of 196 homes sold last month, a 20% increase from November 2023. Buyers are still making moves!
⏱️ Homes are flying off the market, with a median of just 18 days on the market—talk about quick turnarounds!
💡 Worth noting: Inventory remains tight, keeping competition strong and prices stable. Mortgage rates have been fluctuating, but they’re expected to level out as we head into 2025, potentially opening more opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Holiday Magic on the Central Coast:
December is packed with events to fill your calendar with holiday cheer! 🌟 Here are some highlights:
🎄 Annual Christmas tree lighting ceremonies and parades across the Central Coast.
🦒 Holiday Magic at the Charles Paddock Zoo on December 21—a must-see for kids and animal lovers alike!
🎁 And one of my personal favorites: The Cambria Christmas Market! Running through December 31, it’s a tradition my family treasures. If you’ve never been, think magical lights, cozy treats, and festive fun for all ages.
