What’s Happening in Paso Golf Community Real Estate? May 2024 Update

Hello, Paso Robles Golf course neighborhood. Let's take a quick look at what's happening in our local real estate market at the time of this recording in early May. Three homes are currently on the market. First up is 1040 Par Avenue. This is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home with 2380 square feet of living space. Listed at $1.2 million, it's situated on a generous 0.6 acre parcel and it came on the market toward the end of March.

Next is 929 Saint Ann Drive. This is a three bedroom, two bath home just under 1800 square feet, listed at $760,000. This one is located off the Rambouillet side of the golf course and it came on the market in mid-March. And lastly, for the available homes, we have 1140 Caddy Lane. This is the three bedroom, three and a half bath home with 2300 square feet now listed at $750,000.

Okay. Under contracts we have 1550 Creston Road. This property was listed at $689,000. And for the closed sales, we talked about 1720 Creston Road last month. This was the two bedroom, one bath home, 1225 square feet. It sold quickly, just five days on the market and it closed escrow at $610,000.
