Templeton’s real estate market maintained a healthy pace through October 2025, with activity spread across a wide range of price points. The month closed with seven active listings, six pending, and seven sold. Closed sales ranged from $465,000 for a small cottage on Old County Road to $1.39 million for an updated property on Via Rojas. The average sale price came in around $903,000, and homes averaged 41 days on the market.
