Templeton’s housing market remained steady in July 2025, with six new listings ranging from a $625,000 townhome on Coretta Court to a nearly $10 million estate on over 100 acres. Eight homes went under contract, and six closed escrow, with prices between $859,000 and $2.825 million. The average sale price topped $1.6 million, with an average of 59 days on market.
Buyers in Templeton are looking for properties that offer space, privacy, and strong lifestyle appeal—especially turnkey homes in desirable neighborhoods. As we move into August, countywide trends point to stable pricing and slightly more inventory, giving buyers more options but keeping competition high for well-presented listings.
