Now let's get down to business and talk about what's happening in the local real estate market. In March, the median sales price for homes in San Luis Obispo County came in at $800,000. We saw a total of 221 sold home, which is almost 20% higher than in February. Yes, homes are still moving quickly with a median of just 15 days on the market. And if you're wondering about price per square foot, it's currently averaging at $524. These numbers indicate that our local market remains dynamic and competitive. Still, no major changes in the world of interest rates, But keep in mind when we do see them drop even slightly, the market is sure to heat up even more.
