In May:

            Three new 10-acre parcels hit the market, priced between $959,000 and $1,029,000

            9892 River Road was listed at $789,000 (3 bed, 2 bath, over 1,800 sq ft on 1 acre)

Pending sales included:

            880 Avenida Vista, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, listed at $615,000 (pending in 11 days)

            1195 Cortez Cir, pending after 140 days, listed at $499,000

            1963 San Juan Bautista, 4 beds, 2 baths, pending after 75 days, listed at $599,000

Closed sales:

            1170 Velarde St, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, closed at $492,000

            650 Benedict St, 4 beds, 2 baths, closed at $650,000
