• 1195 Cortez Cir, pending after 140 days, listed at $499,000
• 1963 San Juan Bautista, 4 beds, 2 baths, pending after 75 days, listed at $599,000
Closed sales:
• 1170 Velarde St, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, closed at $492,000
• 650 Benedict St, 4 beds, 2 baths, closed at $650,000
