The San Miguel housing market saw renewed activity in September 2025, with 8 new listings hitting the market—several of which went under contract quickly. Notably, 1524 K Street, a property with two homes on one lot, listed at $935,000, remains active, along with 1263 Verde Place in Jazzy Town listed at $635,000.
Two other Jazzy Town listings, 886 Rio Mesa Circle and 882 Rio Mesa Circle, went under contract almost immediately, showing that demand remains strong for well-priced homes.
Closed sales included 1173 Cortez Circle at $475,000 and 720 Crispin Avenue, which sold for $555,500 after just 12 days on market.
