The Paso Robles Golf Course community saw steady real estate activity through September 2025. There are currently five active listings, with new homes including 919 Torrey Pines Drive ($789,900) and 912 Wade Drive ($699,000). Other active properties include 911 Saint Ann Drive ($825,000), 1128 Golf Place (reduced to $795,000), and 915 Moran Court ($635,000).
Three homes went under contract, including 1748 Wade Drive, 917 Saint Ann Drive, and 909 Palm Desert Court, which sold quickly after just 17 days on the market. Closed sales included 829 Hogan Place at $621,300, 1734 Hogan Place at $685,000, and 1002 Par Avenue at $800,000. The average closed price came in at $702,100, with homes averaging 22 days on market.
The market continues to shift, but prices are holding steady. Sellers who present their homes well—with staging, cleaning, and realistic pricing—are still achieving strong results. With mortgage rates fluctuating, timing the market isn’t as important as focusing on current life needs.
