Hello, neighbors of the Paso Robles Golf Club Community. It's February 2025, which means it's time for your latest real estate market update. Let's jump right in. There's been some interesting movement in our neighborhood.
First, we're still keeping an eye on 1140 Caddy Lane, a 2300 square foot, three bedroom homes after sitting on the market for a few months, the price has now been adjusted to $850,000. Over on Fairway Drive, our neighbor at 1528 Fairway, listed their three bedroom, two bath, 1,846 square foot home in early February, and in just one week it's already under contract. This home was listed at $865,000 and we'll be keeping an eye on the final sales price once escrow closes. On the other side of the golf course off Rambouillet, 907 Moran court also went fast. This three bedroom, two bath just under 1,500 square feet, was listed at $739,000, and it spent only 18 days on the market before going pending. Clearly well priced. Homes are moving quickly.
Now let's talk about recent sales, 822 Wade Drive. this 1,700 square foot three two home was snatched up in just one day. Homes in the mid sixes in decent condition are getting harder and harder to find in Paso Robles. 924 Evert Court another 3 -2 1,756 square feet. This home was listed at $719,000 and it closed at $700,000 after a little over two months on the market.
