The Paso Robles Golf Club area saw moderate activity in October 2025, with several new listings and steady buyer interest. Currently, there are seven active listings, including 907 Saint Ann Drive ($669K), 924 Moran Court ($739K), and 1716 Wade Drive ($669K).
One home went under contract — 1128 Golf Place, a 1900-square-foot four-bedroom that was on the market for just over a month before finding a buyer. Two homes closed escrow: 1748 Wade Drive ($661K) and 917 Saint Ann Drive ($712,500).
The takeaway: While days on market are up slightly, properly priced homes are still selling, showing that buyers remain engaged even as we move into the holiday season.
