Hey, San Luis Obispo County! It’s time for your latest market update, and we have some exciting numbers to share. For October, the median home price in our area rose to $885,000, up from $822,500 in September. We also saw an uptick in home sales, with 241 homes sold in October compared to 214 in September. And if you’re looking to buy or sell, things are moving even faster—the average time on the market dropped from 17 days in September to just 14 days in October.

Plus, November is a fantastic month to be in SLO County! Here are a few events to check out:

  • Harvest on the Coast (November 10-12): Celebrate our local wineries with tastings, food pairings, and vineyard tours. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the season!
  • SLO Farmers’ Market: Every Thursday, head downtown for fresh produce, live music, and a taste of the community spirit.
  • Avila Beach Turkey Trot (November 23): Get moving with a family-friendly run or walk on Thanksgiving Day before diving into the holiday feast!
