New Listings & Market Trends: What’s Happening in SLO County Real Estate?

Hey there, San Luis Obispo County. It's Amber Johnson from Pillar Real Estate, bringing you your March market update. February's market saw 149 new listings, 174 homes under contract and 186 homes closed escrow at a median sales price of $915,000. All of these stats are an uptick from January, which is to be expected as we transition from the holiday winter market to the lively spring market, with more and more opportunities coming up for buyers and sellers.

Now let's talk about some fun events happening in March. As usual, I hand-pick a few my favorites that I hope to see you at. You can catch the Fleetwood Mac tribute by Twisted Gypsy on March 14th at the Fremont Theater for an unforgettable night of music. For beer lovers, don't miss the Central Coast Craft Beer Festival on March 22nd at Sunken Gardens in Atascadero. And for a Night of Laughs. Check out the best of the San Francisco stand up comedy competition at the Clark Center for the Performing Arts in Arroyo Grande and that's on March 29th.
