Median Prices, Fast Sales, & More – Atascadero Market Update May 2024

Hello, Atascadero. We are now through April and into May, so let's get right into what's happening in the local real estate market. A lot of people are wondering if the spring rush has started yet, but the short answer is no. We haven't seen any major jumps in activity just yet.

From April 1st to April 30th, we had 16 new listings compared to 21 in March. 24 homes went under contract and 19 homes closed escrow in April. The median days on market came in at just 22 days and the median sales price landed at $769,000. That's right in line with what we've been seeing recently.
