March is here Paso Robles, Can you believe that we’re already wrapping up the first quarter of 2025? So that means if you have goals that you're working on, now's the time to check in with yourself and double down to make them happen. I pulled the stats for February, and here's what happened in Paso Robles real estate. From February 1st through the 28th, 21 homes hit the market, 33 homes went under contract and 34 homes closed escrow. Prices ranged from just $55,000 for a two bedroom mobile home fixer upper in the 55 plus Rancho Paso neighborhood, all the way up to $2.77 million for a stunning West Side home on Peachy Canyon. The median sales price for February was $751,500 and home spent a median of 59 days on the market.
And speaking of things happening around town, as a reminder, we have a farmer's market every Tuesday from 9:30 to noon and every Saturday from 9 to 1. You can check out the farmer's market in downtown Paso Robles, right next to the park. It's a great spot to grab locally farmed produce, meats, cheeses, olive oil and more. Shopping at the farmer's market isn't just better for your health than shopping at your average grocery store. But it's also an awesome way to support our local farmers and businesses.
