Just Sold Off-Market in San Miguel, CA

Another San Luis Obispo County property is officially SOLD and this one took a different path to closing.

I first became familiar with this San Miguel property more than a year ago when I was contacted by the bank to complete a Broker Price Opinion.

Months later, after the property became bank-owned, I was hired to sell it.

The property was a fixer with specific challenges and a narrower potential buyer pool, making the right buyer connection especially important.

Through my network of local real estate agents, investors, and active buyers, I was able to connect the property with an investor who purchased it with cash.

The transaction successfully closed off-market without the property ever being listed on the MLS.

Not every property should be sold off-market. Broad market exposure can be extremely valuable, and the appropriate selling strategy depends on the property and the seller's circumstances.

But this transaction demonstrates why local market relationships can matter particularly when a property requires a more specific buyer.

Sometimes the solution isn't simply more exposure. Sometimes it's the right connection.

If you own a fixer, inherited property, unusual property, or another SLO County property you're unsure how to sell, let's start with a conversation.

We'll look at the property and discuss what selling options may make sense for your situation.
