The real estate market in Nipomo can change quickly—and this sale is a perfect example.
When 1354 Trail View Place first hit the market, buyer demand was strong and comparable homes were limited. Shortly after, inventory surged within the community, competition increased, and new sales began closing at lower price points.
Rather than letting the home sit, we stayed proactive. Pricing was adjusted as new data came in, the strategy evolved with the market, and patience remained key. After one buyer backed out, the right buyer stepped in, and we closed smoothly just before Christmas at $960,000.
This Nipomo home sale highlights an important truth for sellers: success isn’t about sticking to a number—it’s about staying relevant as the market shifts. My seller is now headed into retirement out of the country, and it was a privilege to help close one chapter and open the next.
