Just Sold in Paso Robles: 1232 Kapareil Lane Closes at $1,150,000

Another successful Paso Robles home sale is officially closed. 1232 Kapareil Lane recently sold for $1,150,000, matching its $1,150,000 list price.

Located in Kapareil Estates, this newer Paso Robles home offered a combination that continues to appeal to Central Coast buyers: modern design, acreage, expansive views, indoor-outdoor living, and convenient access to the restaurants, wineries, and amenities of Paso Robles.

A Modern Paso Robles Home on One Acre

Built in 2024, 1232 Kapareil Lane offered approximately 2,488 square feet with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms on a full acre.

Inside, an open floor plan connected the kitchen, dining, and living spaces while large windows brought the surrounding landscape into view. The kitchen featured distinctive two-tone cabinetry, including a soft seafoam-toned island, along with quartz countertops, designer lighting, and thoughtfully selected finishes.

Two covered decks extended the living space outdoors and provided places to take in the property's sweeping Paso Robles views. Owned solar, almond and pomegranate trees, and the generous one-acre setting added to the home's appeal.

It was a contemporary interpretation of wine country living, balancing newer construction and modern amenities with the open space and relaxed atmosphere Paso Robles is known for.

Representing Repeat Clients

This closing was particularly meaningful because I had the opportunity to represent repeat clients.

Earning someone's trust during one real estate transaction is something I value. Being asked to represent them again is an even greater compliment.

Every sale brings a different set of circumstances, goals, and decisions. My role is to create a strategy around the individual property and seller rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

For 1232 Kapareil Lane, that meant presenting the home in a way that highlighted not only its specifications, but also the lifestyle behind them: sunsets from the decks, open views, a thoughtfully designed interior, and the privacy of an acre just minutes from Paso Robles.

Thinking About Selling a Home in Paso Robles?

Paso Robles is not a one-size-fits-all real estate market. Buyers searching downtown, east Paso Robles, wine country, acreage properties, newer construction, and luxury homes can have very different priorities.

That is why positioning matters.

If you are considering selling a home in Paso Robles, understanding your property's unique buyer, current competition, pricing, presentation, and marketing strategy can make a meaningful difference.

Whether you are ready to sell or simply curious about your home's position in the current Paso Robles real estate market, I would be happy to start with a conversation.
