In July 2025, Heritage Ranch saw nine new listings from $245,000 to $1.675 million. Four homes went under contract, and eight sold—prices ranged from $200,000 to $1.219 million. The average sold price was $509,750, with homes averaging 118 days on market.
The lake remains a strong draw for buyers seeking vacation properties, investments, or full-time residences with water access. August is expected to keep that momentum going, especially for homes priced right and presented well.
