Hello, Heritage Ranch. It's February and I've got your latest market update. I took a look at the real estate activity for January. And before I share the stats, please keep in mind that January is historically one of the slowest months of the year in terms of real estate activity. So don't worry, it's normal and short lived. In fact, as I record this video in February, the market has already started to pick up.
Okay, so in the month of January, four homes hit the market in Heritage Ranch. Four homes went under contract and eight homes closed escrow. For those closed homes. Sales prices range from $247,000 on the low end up to $1.04 million on the high end, with the median sales price coming in at $522,500.
