⛳️ Golf Course Homes & Market Trends – March Update!

Hello, neighbors. Welcome to your Paso Robles Golf Club Community Market update for the month of March. Let's dive right into what's happening in real estate right here in our neighborhood.

We have one home currently listed as coming soon 1550 Creston Road. This mid-century modern home has been updated and features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and 1,540 square feet of living space on almost a quarter acre lot. It's listed at $675,000. It does back up to the golf course, but because it sits directly on Creston Road, that does impact its value. We will keep an eye on this one as it officially hits the market.

Another home still available is 1140 Caddy Lane, which we've talked about before. This property has been on the market since October 2024, originally listed at $995,000. In early March, the price dropped to $800,000, making it one to keep an eye on.

And in sold News 1528 Fairway Drive, which we discussed last month, went under contract in just two days. This three bedroom, two bath home, just under 1,900 square feet, is located on the 10th fairway and was listed at $865,000. It recently closed escrow at $857,500. A great example of how homes priced correctly, especially if they have some key updates, are still moving fast.
