Can you believe we’re already in the heart of the holiday season? Today, we’re diving into last month’s real estate stats, chatting about how the market’s holding up amidst all the holiday buzz, and highlighting some must-attend local events to make your December extra magical. 📊 Let’s start with the numbers:
In the last 30 days:

•            29 homes hit the market, with a median price of $750,000. (That means half were listed above $750K and half below—fun fact for your next holiday trivia night! 🏠)

•            Prices ranged from $359,000 on the low end to a whopping $5.25 million at the top.

•            22 homes went under contract, and 41 homes were sold.

•            For sold homes, the median days on market was just 21 days—talk about a holiday hustle! And the median sales price came in at $680,000.

✨ So, what’s the vibe right now?
Even with all the tinsel and twinkle, homes are still being listed, shown, and sold. Yes, things have slowed a bit, but the buyers and sellers active now? They mean business! If you're making moves this month, you're definitely in good company.

Calling all shoppers! From December 13–15, the Paso Robles Event Center transforms into a cozy indoor market featuring 35 local artisans. Expect handmade jewelry, clothing, art, antiques, and more—perfect for finding those last-minute gifts (or treating yourself)! 🎁
