The month brought 17 new listings, several of which went pending in less than a week, signaling continued strong buyer demand. 19 homes went under contract, and 33 closed escrow ranging from $494,000 for a three-bedroom home on Tiburon Circle up to $1.473 million for a property on San Gabriel Road. The average sale price came in at $828,400, with homes spending an average of 28 days on market.
