Between February 1st and 28, ten homes hit the market with prices ranging from $559,000 for a three bedroom, two bath on Sycamore Road to $1.795 million for a stunning four bedroom, two and a half bath home on 2.33 acres on Los Osos road. In total, ten homes went under contract and 18 homes closed escrow. For the sold homes, The median days on market was just 11 short days and the median sales price came in at $785,000.
